CII has, in partnership with Goldratt Schools and Tata Management Training Center (TMTC), launched a series of programmes on Theory of Constraints (TOC). TOC is a management philosophy popularized by Dr Eli Goldratt, the author of the book titled “Goal” and a number of others that followed.
The second of introductory workshop in this series is scheduled from January 27 to 29 , 2010 at TMTC, Pune. The objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the TOC Thinking Process and how it can be applied in various areas. We would encourage you to consider joining this workshop, as there are limited seats (only 15 in this batch). This programme would be held once a quarter.
The fee for this three day workshop is Rs. 40,000 /- (inclusive of Tax) per delegate.
