1. STALL LAYOUT OF IPCA PAVILION

2. STALL CHARGES: A discount of 7.5 % on the stall
charges to all who book their stalls through IPCA from
India and abroad. Accordingly,
a) For Indian companies Rs. 9000/- per square meter
minus 7.5% discount offered by IPCA, = Rs. 8325/- only
So for a stall of 3x3 dimension it is Rs. 74925/- (
Rs. 81000/- minus 7.5% discount)
b) For companies from
abroad: USD 310/- per sq.m minus 7.5 % discount offered
by IPCA = USD 286.75 So for a stall of 3x3 dimension,
it is USD 2580.75 (USD 2790 minus USD 209.25)
c) Closing
date for booking is 15th of July 2008 Stall charges
are exclusive of the service tax to be paid along with
as applicable @12.36%
3. PAYMENT OF STALL CHARGES: Relevant applications (attached
along with) for exhibitors from both India and foreign
are to be submitted to IPCA for onward transmission to
electronicIndia. The discount offered will be indicated
on the application forms and the such authorized application
forms with the payment amount indicated will be sent
to MMI from IPCA, enabling MMI to raise the appropriate
invoices to the exhibitors directly for the amount along
with the applicable service tax. The total payment of
the stall charges including the service tax is to be
made directly to MMI by the exhibitors. The application
forms can be downloaded directly from the websites:
www.electronicindia.net or
www.ipcaindia.org.
The allotment of stalls as requested
by the participants will be done by IPCA before forwarding
the application to MMI for getting the relevant invoice
for payment from them directly. The exhibitors are required
to make the payment before hand as per the details and
terms of conditions given in the application forms. (30%
at the time of booking and the remaining amount before
the exhibition dates) Allotment of stalls as per the
request of the participants will be made by IPCA in IPCA
pavilion to our discretion or as asked for to the extent
possible. The information on the availability of stalls
availability, so far booked stalls, names of the booked-companies,
current stall status of booking in IPCA pavilion will
be uploaded in our website on day to day basis for the
information of all concerned.
4. SHOW DIRECTORY OF IPCA: All the participants’ data/profile
will appear in the Show directory to be released by electronicIndia
2008. Also IPCA will release a separate Show Directory
with all the details of the exhibitors of members participating
through IPCA in electronica2008, along with the compendium
of IPCA Membership Directory attached to it. The details
of the company’s profile are to be submitted well
in advance, preferably along with the application forms,
for publication of the same in IPCA/electronicIndia Show
Directory
