6.TECHNICAL SEMINAR:
Will be for two days organised
by electronicIndia 2008 in which there will be two
special lectures to be arranged by IPCA, one on PCB
during their EMS session and the other on Automotive
electronics.
a) Seminar Fee is Rs, 3000/-per day. Rs.
5500/- for two days. Concession of 15 % will be extended
to Exhibitors. IPCA will get a commission of 10 % on
the total fees for the delegates arranged through IPCA
b) Enrollment for Seminar is through the forms which
will bear the stamp of IPCA if the candidate is enrolled
through our efforts. This is for reckoning and collecting
the commission for Seminar from electronicIndia.

SPONSORSHIP FOR IPCA EXPO 2008:
There will be three
categories of sponsorship. All the sponsors will be
gratefully acknowledged with a free ad in our directory,
proper banners in the Pavilion or in the dinner premises
for such sponsors and their company names will be uploaded
in our website with their logos and their names will
be printed in our Show directory acknowledging their
donation. |

| 8. ELECTRONIC DESIGNERS’ CERTIFICATION
COURSE:
EDCI will have its Design course organized for three
days in one of the two small halls hired, by its Executive
director Mr. Thiyagarajan and necessary transport arrangements
will be made available to the candidates for attending
the course. Separate enrollment forms are to be submitted
directly to Executive Director, EDCI/IPCA, along with
the payment of cheques drawn in favour of IPCA and sent
to EDCI/IPCA along with the application forms.

ALLIED EVENTS OF IPCA EXPO 2008:

Inauguration/Ribbon cutting: Apart
from the general inauguration function of electronicIndia
2008, IPCA will have its own inauguration by ribbon
cutting done by WECC members near the entrance (escalator)
of our pavilion in the upper level of Hall 1 at 9.45
a.m on 2.9.2008 |

Two small halls in the Convention centre will
be used by us, one for EDCI course and the other
for WECC Executive Committee meeting. and AFEC meeting. |

WECC Meeting will be at 2.00
p.m on 2.9.2008. AFEC Meeting, (Asian Federation
of Electronic Circuits) a sister organization of
WECC will be in the same hall around 4.0 p.m |
|
IPCA will have gala welcome dinner arranged
around 7.0 p.m either in a big hall, if it is made
available to us by electronicIndia and if not in
a Foyer in the exhibition complex premises itself,
separately organised with fusion entertainment items
of western and Indian style. |

For the dinner, 2 members from each stall will be invited
free. If more members are willing to participate 'dinner
coupons on payment' will be provided to them who would
like to join with us for the dinner. These payment coupon
will be made available to stalls by our volunteers well
in advance. All WECC members will be our guests of honour
for the complimentary welcome dinner.
